» RepCab
RepCab repair cable kits make it easy to repair damaged cables in the original harness in doors, tailgates and boot lids, for example. The defective cables are cut out and replaced using the repair cable kit with components such as rubber sleeves and grommets. This provides garages with an innovative, cost-effective product to rectify cable damage.
» Trailer plugs
Another practical repair solution is our cable repair kit for trailer plugs. It can be used to replace defective trailer plugs, including the first one and a half metres of cable. This ensures a sustainable repair, as moisture can often penetrate the cable along with the defective trailer plug, causing further corrosion damage there.
» RepCon
RepCon connector repair kits are used to replace defective connectors in vehicles (e.g. connectors on combination rearlights, connectors on glow plugs and sensors, as well as connectors on air mass sensors). The required crimp connectors, including precrimped cables, are included in the scope of supply. Here too we offer various assortments containing the most common connectors.
» Fakra
With our aerial cables (Fakra plugs), the often tricky repair of these cables becomes child's play. Three different aerial cables make it simple for the workshop to connect a radio to the aerial, for example. As different Fakra housings are generally found in vehicles, and to ensure that Fakra housings can be used universally, we offer the neutral Code Z variant here.
» Trailer Plugs

Our repair solution to problems with pressure lines in the soot/particulate filter area has the name RepDPF. Damage to connecting hoses between the diesel particulate filter (DPF) and the differential pressure sensor can be replaced quickly and easily using this repair kit.

RepDPF – Repair kit, pressure line
The problem: Defective line between the diesel particulate filter and differential pressure sensor
If a line between the diesel particulate filter and the differential pressure sensor is faulty, the pressure value can no longer be measured correctly and the particulate filter won't work properly.
The cause: Damage to silicone pressure lines
Three possible risks result in damage to connecting hoses between the diesel particulate filter (DPF) and the differential pressure sensor (measures the pressure differential of two absolute pressures): mechanical influences (impacts, jolting, vibrations), thermal influences (heat, cold, humidity) or natural influences, e.g. damage caused by pine martens.
The solution: RepDPF – Replace connecting hoses quickly
Irrespective of the cause, our RepDPF repair solution provides you with a quick remedy. The special protective hoses, which are resistant to high temperatures, protect the silicone pressure lines against the influences mentioned above and are a long-lasting and effective countermeasure. In particular, the braided sheaths of these metre-long hoses reliably protect the pressure hoses from biting by pine martens– including in the long term. In addition, the pressure lines and protective hoses are themselves extremely flexible and can be bent into shape to deal with the individual damage. What's more, the hoses can be used universally on any vehicle as they can be easily shortened as required. The spring band clamps supplied ensure professional fixing here.
» RepPipe
Ebenfalls zu erwähnen ist unsere Reparaturlösung RepPipe. Mit ihrer Hilfe sind Waschwasserleitungen im Nu repariert. Egal ob Wellrohr oder Glattschlauch, defekte Stellen sind schnell ausgebessert. Im Set enthalten sind Wellrohr Verbindungsstücke, Montageclips und Dichtungen in verschiedenen Durchmessern sowie ein zweieinhalb Meter langes Wellrohr.

RepPipe – Repair kit, washer fluid pipe
The problem: Poor visibility through the windscreen and rear windscreen
Poor visibility impairs road safety. Windscreens and rear windscreens should therefore always be clean so they do not adversely affect visibility. But what happens if the washer fluid pipe is faulty? This also poses another problem, as the ingress of water into the engine and vehicle interior may damage the electrics, for example.
The cause: Leaking washer fluid pipes
Ageing of the material as well as various mechanical and thermal loads can be the cause of a leaking washer fluid pipe.
The solution: A quick and easy repair using the RepPipe repair kit
Our RepPipe washer fluid pipe repair kit can be used to quickly and easily mend faulty sections on all washer fluid pipes in passenger cars. It doesn't matter whether the pipe is corrugated or smooth. Replacement of the entire pipe or patching it with tape or the like is now a thing of the past. RepPipe enables workshops to professionally and permanently repair corrugated pipes with a nominal diameter of 4.5 mm. Connection adapters are also provided for securing defective sections of smooth hose with diameters of 3 and 4 mm. The kit additionally includes hose connectors for directly connecting smooth hoses. Such a professional connector system was not previously available on the market. The connectors can be detached in multiple ways and used without any special tools. The kit is designed for all types of corrugated pipe.
»RepVac – Repairkit, vacuum line
With the RepVac vacuum line repair kit, defective vacuum lines made of rubber and hard plastic can be replaced with a modern corrugated vacuum tube. The corrugated tube alternative is also significantly cheaper than moulded hoses.

RepVac – Repair kit, vacuum line
The problem: Functional fault on a component connected to a vacuum system
Problems with vacuum lines in all types of vehicle are commonplace. Depending on the function of the line in question, engine problems or issues with the central locking system, etc. may be the result.
The cause: A fault in the vacuum hose
Conventional lines made from rubber and hard plastic age naturally due to thermal and mechanical stresses – and pine martens also love nibbling the material.
The solution: Replace the faulty line with corrugated pipe
We offer the RepVac repair kit for vehicles with vacuum lines, i.e. motorbikes, passenger cars, trucks, buses, construction and harvesting machinery. The 89-part kit contains plenty of equipment for many line repairs: 2.5 m corrugated pipe in a nominal diameter of 4.5 mm and both straight and angled cable connecting pieces for connections of 3-4 mm and 5-7 mm. During the repair, the following steps must be observed after removing the faulty vacuum pipe made from rubber or hard plastic:
Cut off the required length of corrugated pipe.
Push the corrugated pipe into the required negative pressure connector until a stable connection is created. The negative pressure connector required must be selected depending on the application situation (straight or angled).
After insertion, the connection must be secured with a spring band clamp or retaining clip.
Push the other side of the negative pressure connector onto the line in the vehicle, the distributor element or the consumer.
