What is diagnosis on demand?

Our exclusive diagnostic solution gives retailers and workshops the ideal vehicle diagnostic device for easy programming and coding of electrical vehicle systems as required. In addition, we can assist workshops with troubleshooting with the help of the diagnostic device if complex faults in the electronics have to be diagnosed.
This is primarily a service we offer to the vehicle aftermarket and vehicle service providers.

However, it does not exclude further applications. What types of companies and organisations can benefit from the diagnostic device? Independent workshops, branded retailers, accident repair workshops, installation service providers, quick repair shops, breakdown services, mobility service providers, etc.

DoIP (Diagnostics over Internet Protocol)

Diagnostics over Internet Protocol is a communication protocol that is already installed in some vehicle models and will increasingly be used in future vehicle models. This means that our DoD 2.0 will also be used in the latest vehicles.

CAN FD (Controller Area Network Flexible Data-Rate)

The Controller Area Network Flexible Data Rate is an extended CAN bus communication standard, which will also be used in new vehicle models. Thanks to the ability to process this communication protocol, our DoD 2.0 remains suitable for use for even the latest vehicles.

Increasing proportion of electronics in vehicles – a challenge for independent workshops

Due to the growing proportion of electronics in vehicles, more and more components are connected to a control unit, so that more and more replaced parts have to be activated in order to function properly. When it comes to activation or teaching the system, more and more processes can only be handled via the manufacturer portals. However, especially for workshops that repair many different vehicle brands, it is a major effort to train employees regarding all relevant manufacturer portals. The DoD diagnostic device is the more efficient and time-saving solution.
