By contrast, the CrimPro 35 is a scissor crimp without a positioner. The CrimPro 35 is also available as a crimping pliers set, which is supplied in a practical case. The scope of supply of the crimping pliers setincludes an additional insert that enables cables to be disconnected and must be inserted in the handle of the crimping pliers. Three different crimping pliers inserts are also included in the crimping pliers set. Another crimping pliers model from our Elparts range is the CrimPro 10. Thanks to its compact design, the CrimPro 10 is particularly suitable for use in difficult-to-access areas in the vehicle interior. The crimping pliers inserts can be replaced without auxiliary tools using the bolt system. Many of the crimping pliers inserts also have an insulation plate, which enables optimal positioning of the contact in the die head so that professional crimping can be ensured.
In our crimping pliers comparison, the CrimPro 35, CrimPro 30 and CrimPro 10 are therefore the ideal workshop aids, as they are suitable for day-to-day work in the workshop. For crimping larger contacts, we offer the crimping pliers CrimPro 40 and CrimPro HV. A positioner for professional crimping is supplied with the CrimPro 40 crimping pliers. It has an impressive contact pressure of 35 kN and, with the help of our crimping pliers inserts, is suitable for crimping contacts up to 12 mm2.
The CrimPro HV is designed for manufacturers who have to work on large diameters at vehicle manufacturer quality level, with high currents and voltages. With the CrimPro HV, there is a particular focus on the topic of electric vehicles – this means that you are optimally equipped for the future. If manual force is no longer sufficient during crimping, our CrimPro HV electric-hydraulic crimping pliers are required. These crimping pliers are suitable for contacts from 15 to 50 mm2 and high-voltage cables with a contact pressure of 130 kN.
