In today’s video, our Workshop-Buddies introduce you to our extensive range of mesh hoses. They will show you the different types of hoses we have in our range and how you can use them optimally. With mesh hoses, you can effectively protect cables, lines and other technical components from external influences. This increases the service life and performance of the object to be protected. We offer three different mesh hoses depending on the area of application. The standard braided sleeving can simply be pulled over a cable harness or hoses. It also requires a separate fastening at each end and should be fixed in place with an adhesive-coated shrink sleeve. Our shrinkable fabric tubing can be easily adapted to the component to be protected and shrunk into its final shape with a hot air dryer after it has been pulled over, ensuring optimum protection. We also offer self-closing mesh hoses so that you can protect existing cable harnesses, cables or hoses at a later date. The mesh hose is open along its length and can be easily wrapped around the object to be protected. Depending on the location, you can choose between a 25% or 50% overlap. The self-closing mesh hoses are also helpful in the event of a damaged mesh hose. Thanks to the opening, you don’t have to replace the entire cable harness, but can repair smaller areas selectively. All mesh hoses on offer are available either in a practical dispenser box or individually in a bag. As usual, the hoses impress with their high quality and robustness and are therefore ideal for daily use in the workshop.
