In our new video, the workshop buddies show you our 13-pin bayonet connector and give some handling instructions. How to use it safely! The plug is made of plastic and covers a voltage of 12 volts. In the packaging and in our installation catalogue, you will find an installation instruction which contains a wiring diagram. This shows where the cables are to be connected. If you unscrew the plug at the back, you will find the screw connection. Jens shows you how easy it is to use the 13-pin connector directly on the vehicle. The plug is inserted into the vehicle and the bayonet lock is turned until the cover engages. Then the plug is firmly seated. To release it, the plug is not unscrewed at the back, as this would defeat the purpose of the bayonet connector. Instead, the cover is opened and the bayonet catch is turned so that the plug can be pulled out properly.
