Since 2022, we have had a partnership with AUTEL Europe GmbH & Co. KG and are an official premium partner for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). With AUTEL Automotive Intelligence - Europe, we have finally found the right partner to continue to invest in workshop equipment with in the future. We and AUTEL are both committed to innovation and customer service.

This year's AUTEL Diagnostics Partner Summit took place in Munich on 05/07/2023. An event that we always look forward to. Our Managing Director, Mr Holger Drewing, Mr Kremer, Head of Elparts Product Management and Alex Herb, Product Manager Elparts were present. We were particularly pleased that Herth+Buss received the AUTEL Rising Star Award. The award was presented to our Managing Director, Mr Drewing, at the event.

We spoke to our managing director about receiving the Rising Star Award and had a brief interview with him.

Mr Drewing, what did Herth+Buss receive the Rising Star Award for?

Since last year, we have maintained a close partnership with AUTEL Europe GmbH & Co. KG. We value cooperation we value very much and are now even an official premium partner. We are delighted to have finally found the right partner in the field of workshop equipment. It is also very important to us to invest further in this area. We received the Rising Star Award, as we are regarded the most promising customer in Europe and have established a solid local support network. The award is therefore an acknowledgement of our commitment and exceptional on-site service.

So you want to invest further in workshop equipment, what opportunities/possibilities will this open up, and what are your plans?

We have always focussed on supplying high-quality products and solutions. The workshop equipment sector is also becoming increasingly important here. We now offer an extensive range of AUTEL products. This covers the following product groups: Diagnostic devices, battery testers, remote expert, TPMS, calibration tools, wall boxes and AAS (bending assistants). In this sense, it was also important to expand our local support, and we can say that today, we have succeeded in doing this. We will continue to focus on workshop equipment, as the challenges faced by independent vehicle workshops have not reduced. The topic of networked workshop equipment will also play an increasingly important role here.

What are you hoping for from the future cooperation with AUTEL?

For the future, we hope that our partnership will continue to be outstanding and that we will be able to face the technical revolution on the market together with a forward-looking and innovative approach and focus on and drive forward the topic of workshop equipment further. We are very proud of this reliable and trusting partnership, which offers many advantages for us, as well as our customers!
